Amelia and Josh were recently married at Sweet Meadow on a perfectly rainy spring morning. Their day reigns (pun intended) as a beautiful testimony to saturated outdoor weddings. Kathleen and Billy captured the day wonderfully. From rain boots to family traditions, Amelia and Joshs’ wedding ceremony was molded into a unique celebration fit for this special couple. This lamp. It began almost 11 years ago as a sort of ‘gag gift’ to a bride in Amelia’s family. At the time, the bride and groom did not realize the gift was meant to be a joke. Now, the lamp is passed down each time a woman in their family is married; and each time presented the decorated lamp with one extra “tacky” embellishment! Amelia, keep us informed on what embellishment you add! We’d love to see what ends up on the lamp years from now.
